The Customer Supply Chain Planner EMEA is the glue between internal sales and operational teams as well as customers and fulfilment partners, driving the operational execution and service levels. The initial focus will be to support their ambitious expansion plans by creating the processes required to supply new countries across the regions. Client Details The client are one of the biggest cosmetics brands across the world, based in London, but also now growing out to Ireland, the US, Canada, the Netherlands and the German markets, along with near-global online distribution, all of them achieving record launches and blistering growth. Due to this performance, the business is growing rapidly across all departments and have exciting opportunities to join the team in their beautiful West London Head Office. Description Communicate in a pro-active, informative, and collaborative manner to manage expectations in the event of new stores, new products, marketing activity, operational delays, out of stocks, etc. Manage and streamline order to receipt flow as well as Systems administration and ERP health checks (part/not fulfilled orders; month-end processes; file timings and issues etc.) Design a new inventory management SOPs and execute, implement with stakeholders Understand and maintain optimal inventory levels within tight commercial, operational & other resource constraints by creating transfer orders between multiple sites globally Provide support and assistance to the regional Customer Supply Chain Manager and the National Accounts team on the performance of the day-to-day operations and operational concerns of wholesale customer partners / company business managers Understand operational weaknesses and highlight/implement solutions to improve customer service and delivery efficiency'sProfile A strong educational background Strong excel skills with ability to use complex formulas Showing outstanding attention to detail, identifying and addressing anomalies quickly Able to demonstrate examples of building and improving customer relationships Able to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result Experience with an ERP system is highly desirable, someone IT savvy Being entrepreneurial; gets things done and constantly looking for ways to improveJob Offer Generous staff discount Generous monthly product gifting 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid, flexible working with core hours between 10am and 4pm Dog friendly office on Monday and Fridays.
