We re a leading healthcare staffing provider, working to become the benchmark healthcare agency in Scotland - celebrated for our people and valued by our people. We re an established company with an already nationwide presence; and due to both accelerated growth and widespread opportunities we re building a Software Development team to create innovative Software / App solutions which improves the way we work, takes our employment offer to new heights and evolves our services for broader audiences.
Initial projects include developing:• Back-Office CRM / Staff Scheduling System• Staff App, giving our mobile healthcare workforce full control of their busy schedules• Client Portal, giving our clients full visibility of their bookings and billing
We need experienced people who can take both raw and detailed concepts, bring a consultative approach to planning and development, bring their own ideas to the table, challenge convention and work collaboratively and autonomously to deliver projects on-time to market-leading standards.
Your contribution will be instrumental to forming the future growth and shape of the business services and employment offer; ensuring we continue to grow our current services, while exploring opportunities to create solutions to other critical staffing issues facing our healthcare sector and beyond; with the aid of market-leading technology.

Candidate Requirements:• Software Engineering degree or similar• At least 3-years of commercial experience• Leadership qualities• Flexible and adaptable to work collaboratively in a small team, while having great initiative to work autonomously• Excellent communicator and organiser
