Senior Marketing Account Manager REQ001954 Fixed term, 6 months - Full time, 35 hours per week £37,440 per year London office / Remote worker Location: You can live anywhere in England or Wales and work at home if that suits you best. Some travel to Scope head office will be expected but you definitely do not have to live in London. Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales. This is an exciting opportunity in the Brand and Marketing team working closely with colleagues across Scope to deliver effective multichannel marketing strategies. Over the next 6 months there will be opportunities to shape future marketing activity, identify and embed new ways of working, taking our brand to the next level to reach and deliver meaningful change and equality for disabled people. The role You will be working with teams across Scope to provide marketing expertise and advice, demonstrating and sharing best in class marketing expertise across the organisation. Reviewing and interrogating briefs to ensure they align with our corporate objectives and delivering a suitable marketing strategy and plan. Play an active role in the development of the team, identifying and sharing opportunities and areas to drive efficiency, effectiveness and elevate our brand. You will work with colleagues in MarComms to plan and deliver integrated campaigns on time and budget. Be an accessibility champion - ensuring everything we do is inclusive and accessible to all of our audiences. About you You'll have solid experience of developing and implementing marketing strategies across both on and offline channels. A passion for delivering audience-driven, creative work that has disabled people at the heart. You'll have experience of working with disabled people to co-produce content and campaigns and a good understanding of the social model of disability. You will thrive working in a creative team and have previous experience of working with in-house creative teams and external agencies. You will have exceptional planning skills and be adept at managing multiple projects and competing priorities. You will have proven experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients and delivering best in class client service.
