Regional Facilities Manager - South This is for a luxury student accommodation provider, who are experiencing incredible growth! Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager who is an excellent communicator, has relevant experience running facilities teams and has a passion for driving a brand forward for continuous improvement in all areas such as Compliance, Building Maintenance, People Development, Budgets and resident satisfaction. You will be responsible for 5 sites spanning from Exeter to Central London, and will visit 4 sites per week with Mondays being based from home. Regional Facilities Manager Responsibilities: To produce a report from the maintenance dashboard and liaise with the site Facilities technician to ensure all studios and facilities are available for let. Ensure that your team is compliant; attending H&S & Fire training, COSHH responsible, hazard spotting, company procedures and how to report accidents/incidents. To implement and operate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Scheme in coordination with the site Technician including daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans. To care for all Plant and Machinery across your region and ensure that you are hitting your compliance targets To ensure that all Life Safety internal testing is carried out across the region and that all assets are in working order Ensure the company and legal standards for are maintained within the department. Be aware of your responsibility for the security of residents and the property across your region. Ensure that the Company's brand and service standards are adhered to at all times To Coordinate new team members staff inductions, 1:1s, training plans and ensure they are carried out to the set company standard. Including further learning & development. The ideal candidate will: Will be adaptable, reacting quickly and positively to new situations keeping emphasis on a balanced approach. To be first point of call out of hours. Communicates clearly and openly both verbally and in writing Pitches information at the appropriate level Looks for fresh ideas and encourages creative thinking in the team Turns good ideas into realistic solutions, recognises and utilises ideas Motivated, self-reliant has drive and determination to succeed. N.B. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary is up to £32,000 per year (dependent on qualification) Company Van Hours of work - Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM Annual Bonus - 10
