My client are a very well established freight forwarder they are looking for an Admin/ accounts to join their team on a part time basis!

You will be responsible for providing help and support to the finance & operations team by assisting with inputting overhead costs, entering PODs/ awb's onto the system, handling over head invoices, manage and maintain PO system, processing invoices, completion supplier form and reconciling supplier statements,

Requirements:

  • previous accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Analytic and problem solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ideally previous experience in the freight sector

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday - open to 2-3 full days
