Initially you will be approaching businesses direct to introduce our clients services however once established you will benefit from the considerable leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.New Business Development Executive - Responsibilities Pro-actively approaching business owners and decision makers through cold and warm calling Following a consultative sales process to engage and promote the company's services and ultimately closing the sale. Develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations Achieve specified and agreed monthly KPIs Identify new business opportunities through company mapping and networking. Identify and meet potential clients and decision makers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network - can be done in person or virtually. The ultimate objective being to fully surpass customer expectations across all levels resulting in excellent key customer retention and other business development opportunitiesNew Business Development Executive - Requirements Start to end sales process - starting with research through to converting opportunities into sales wins Relevant experience in a Business Development (ideally B2B) role Background in a technical sales environment (such as Apps/online platforms) or a consultative sales environment preferable. Ability to develop trust and relationships with prospects, customers and colleagues Excellent written and verbal communication skills An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment is crucialNew Business Development Executive - The Rewards Benefit of being part of the business from its inception and ultimately opportunity to progress alongside the company growth.
