WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Junior Knowledge Analyst in BCG's Knowledge Team, you will work as part of a BCG consulting case team, working alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society - while growing your own industry or functional expertise. You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career - at BCG and beyond.

Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge. Because our clients operate all over the world, you may travel internationally. This unique role offers the opportunity to build expertise in a sector/topic area through fast-paced client work, with potential at 12-24 months to continue on an expert path (developing and deploying your deep expertise in a client-facing role) or transition into a traditional generalist consulting role (with continued exposure to a broad array of projects).

  • Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
