Inventory Management Analyst - Kent Office/Home Hybrid working - Up To £36,000 - J12320 The Inventory Management Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Operations Strategy Manager. This will include managing the External Agent placement selection process, managing the pre-litigation account scoring and release process, Inventory analysis and report building, and the assessment and selection of accounts for ad-hoc projects, strategy releases and trials, and managing non-paying campaigns. The Inventory Management Analyst is also responsible for supporting other areas of the business with Inventory expertise, such as risk management and compliance investigations, RCA investigations, and other ad-hoc queries or projects. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities • The assessment and selection of accounts for internal or external placement or trials using pre-determined selection criteria, by understanding customer journeys, and by identifying the correct next treatment while ensuring a high level of risk control. • Managing the pre-litigation selection and scoring process and supporting the business with other pre-litigation activity and ad-hoc queries, while ensuring a high level of risk control. • Running and facilitating non-paying campaigns in line with Campaign team requirements and requests. • The proactive identification of new commercial and strategic opportunities through the analysis and assessment of the company's inventory, such as new placement streams, or the potential for new collections strategies. • Undertaking Inventory account analysis as and when required, such as understanding customer journeys or account movement history. • Inventory consultancy for internal stakeholders, including providing information on the company wide Inventory position, or supporting in the delivery of ad-hoc business projects. • Managing high risk accounts through the high-risk release policy steps and monitoring outcomes.
