Job Role: HR Advisor
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5
Salary: £27,359 - £30,605 DOE + Benefits
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a local charity in Nottingham, due to an exciting period of growth they have an opportunity to join their Human Resource department as a HR Advisor.
You will play a key part delivering professional and efficient generalist HR service to all areas of the organisation.
What does the role involve?
Provide generalist advice and support to managers on a range of operational Human Resource issues, ensuring adherence to policies and proceduresAdvising and supporting line managers on a range of employee relations issues & disciplinary cases
Working closely with the Director of People Services to develop and implement HR policiesTo support managers in the resolution of grievancesGive advice and support to line managers on both short term and long-term absence
Promote good HR management and best practice throughout the businessManage the recruitment and selection processOversee the staff onboarding and induction for new startersLine management of the HR Administrator
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience within a HR function (HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Advisor)Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skillsIT Savvy - confident using excel
