The eCommerce Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and helping lead the growth of the eCommerce sales channel business by managing several marketing channels including the company website. This is an opportunity to work with a hard-working team in a critical role with significant room for growth.
Manage select eCommerce marketplaces and the company website, and ensure that all internal systems contain accurate quantities, pricing, part numbers and descriptions. Walmart, Staples, eBay, Overstock, Newegg, Home Depot, Office Depot, Wayfair, are some examples of the online marketplaces where the company products are listed. Amazon will not be an initial focus for this position.
Manage and track category/SKU performance and profitability. Evaluate and identify potential cost reduction activities. Make recommendations on obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
Develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional tactics that drive sales.
Responsible for the marketing content of the products in various marketplaces and managing advertising campaigns.
Assist in the maintenance of sales forecasts and development of pricing strategies.
Interact with QA/QC to respond to customer complaints and customer requests for technical product information.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as the distributors, internal sales team, customer service, technical support, and product positioning.
Partner with internal and external 3rd parties on the development of marketing collateral to support overall product categories as well as new product releases or product improvements.
Conduct opportunity analysis including market research, SEO, voice of the customer, and competitive research in support of growth strategy.
Responsible for reviewing website and ensuring all SKUs are set up accurately with a complete status for online within slated time frames, including naming convention, product attributes, product categorization, key words, and SEO Support.
Translates and incorporates the in-store category and overall e-Commerce strategy into the online experience, including the visual display of the category pages, category-specific taxonomy, navigation, and search experience. Partner with site managers to optimize online merchandising to grow sales within category and overall e-Commerce strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A/B.S.) in a related field or industry equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of relevant experience managing online channels and/or websites; Experience with Shopify is highly desired
Minimum of three years of Channel Marketing Management experience
Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Can-do attitude and ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Must be proficient in the utilization of various online marketplaces

Experience in consumer electronics industry and/or Product Marketing is highly desired
