If asked to describe ourselves, we're certainly not your typical agency; we've got a fantastic mix of characters - eccentric creatives, technical boffins, steadfast strategists and, if we're being perfectly honest, some mad hatters too!You'll find us causing havoc in an attractive village location just outside of Cambridge, where we work our hardest on delivering a perfect blend of creativity, innovation, and digital strategy to our broad range of clients - it's a good thing we have coffee and energy drinks on tap!If you think we sound like the right fit for you, let us tell you about what we're looking for in a Digital Account Director.You'll be highly knowledgeable of all aspects involved within digital advertising - our ideal candidate will know the ins and outs of every facet and platform; from initial setup of accounts through to campaign implementation and optimisation. You'll have extensive knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics and GTM, with additional skills within Paid Social advertising. You may have started out as a PPC Executive yourself and risen through the ranks, mentoring and leading others while gaining new skills and know-how with every step.You will be responsible for delivery of cost-effective campaigns and growth strategies to ensure both our own and our client's commercial targets are achieved. As a growing agency, we can't stress enough that this is hands-on and lead from the front - so not only will you help your team manage their accounts but also manage key accounts yourself, ensuring we provide an exceptional client experience and increasing our customer satisfaction rates.Key Skills: Ensure all client communication are always in-line with the agency's exacting standards Meticulous written skills with the ability to produce internal documentation, external and client proposals Able to think on your feet and offer 360-degree solutions for clients Build long term relationships with clients with day-to-day account management and customer support as and when required Manage the digital marketing team as well as your own accounts Use the agency systems to best effect, creating detailed reports on sales business and growth Set long-term and short-term goals, account objectives and commercial targets and manage the entire sales cycle Results-focused and conversion-centric, be used to providing precise data to demonstrate ROI with a focus on advanced reporting techniques Network with the aim to attract new client relationships and contribute to the agency's growth by new finding prospects and leads Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell wherever possible, with an astute commercial approach to all your client accounts Provide day-to-day account management and customer support as and when required Shape objectives and strategies to ensure constant growth Prepare and present reports on KPIs Set performance criteria, motivate, mentor, and develop the team, driving them to exceed expected goals Present reports on account performances to all stakeholders Be target driven and work well under pressure A deep understanding of CRO, using best practices to harness solutions Extremely commercially aware, ensuring the department is effectively managed to maximise time and cost efficiencies Experience of managing and directing multiple projects with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail Have an empathetic but sales focused approach with clients A strong leader and mentor Essential: Strong knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook, Instagram and Linked In advertising Essential: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role specialising in Digital Marketing, including SEM, CRM, SEM Social and Digital Media Essential: Experience with Lead Generation Essential: Previous agency experience Preferable: Working knowledge of HubspotBenefits: Great opportunities to make the role your own and get involved with exciting projects in a fast-paced, creative, and fun office environment Competitive pay and pension 32 days holiday including bank holidays with annual increases for years of service Flexible working hours and remote options available Investment in your growth with training and development opportunities Fast-growing company with plenty of room for career development Team building and staff days outThink you've got the skills we need?
