Job Description

This position will provide support across all lines of business within the Sales Operations Team. This includes Event Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Project Management, and Corporate Sales & Marketing Training.

Position Summary:

Sales Operations

  • Research and respond to email communications and requests related to sales and marketing recognitions programs
  • Implement fulfillment requirements, including reward points, gift cards, merchandise, etc. for key recognition programs
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and Human Resources to validate quarterly recognition recipients
  • Integrate with key partners across the organization to prioritize and respond to email inquiries related to Sales Operations notifications and communications
  • Draft and gain approval for field sales and marketing communications
  • Track and report on field sales and marketing communications readership Event Operations
  • Draft and gain approval for Events of a Lifetime communications related to event processing updates
  • Conduct preliminary reconciliation of all Event contractual expenses and consolidate documentation to support expense review and submission
  • Keep Event SharePoint documents, SOG's and other policy documents up to date through integration and partnership with Events leadership
  • Track data inclusive of contracts, payments, insurance requirements and Tournament of Champions and input into SharePoint
  • Provide contract and payment support for Tournament of Champions Sales & Marketing Training
  • Coordinate new hire training schedules for Marketing trainers in the field
  • Ensure all training materials, SOPs and content is accurate and current
  • Coordinate with field Marketing trainers on issuance and consolidation of post training surveys to inform Quarterly Training reviews
  • Partner with content designer to plan, build and distribute communications supporting content changes throughout the year Sales Project Management
  • Partner with Project Manager to coordinate and schedule Project meetings
  • Support project meetings by capturing key takeaways, follow up's and adding to appropriate tasks into the WorkFront application
  • Support project timelines and tasks through project reporting and percent complete

Position Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • Strong analytical skills is necessary.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple requests is needed.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills necessary to perform job functions optimally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Oracle, Cognos, Hyperion, Essbase, and Smartview.
