Compensation, Benefits and Wellness Specialist

If you are looking for the variety of work that a global business brings, but as part of a much smaller HR team where your contribution is valued, then this role will be perfect for you. Working as a Compensation, Benefits and Wellness Specialist you will join a small HR team of ten based in brand new offices in the City. You will be working closely with the Compensation and Benefits Manager and helping them to develop the function further as they move towards a more progressive and transformational way of working.

As they are a very collaborative team, they would like to find someone who is quite hands on and feels that no task is too big or too small. Some of the duties you will undertake include:

  • Salary review and bonuses, attending meetings as necessary
  • Regular benchmarking exercises within the market, to ensure that all salary and benefit offerings remain competitive
  • Management of the annual benefits renewal process
  • Main point of contact for all pension and benefit related queries
  • Responsible for updating and conducting the benefits induction for all new joiners
  • Ensuring that the benefits offering supports the wellbeing strategy

This is a full time, permanent role and they are able to offer hybrid working.
