HOT NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR A FULL TIME ADMINISTRATOR Fantastic salary of £25,000 per annum working 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. This is a permanent opportunity.Main duties include:
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate administration set for the day.
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with general enquiries.
  • Typing and updating project files.
  • Assisting with any other duties as and when required.
  • Assisting the Business development function by following up on sales leads by phone and email.
  • Searching for sales leads using in house software.
Key skills
  • Good level of IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Prior experience in a similar environment would be required
  • Good communication skills, with a good telephone voice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
  • Proactive attitude to time management and prioritisation and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure is essential.
